Black Australorp Rooster Feathers Qty: 30 Size: 1.5" - 2.5" (Gallus domesticus)
These lovely feathers are solid black. The fluffy base is a softer black/grey in comparison to the upper half which is a smoother deeper black. Some feathers may look metallic depending on how the light hits them. Rooster feathers are commonly added to dream catchers, feather mobiles, hats, sculptures, Native American, ceremonial, holiday projects, and many other earthy creations.

I clean my birds feathers using filtered well water, eco soap, vinegar and heat sterilization.
Feathers are hand packaged and labeled with my farms information, the type of bird, the quantity and the size.
I am not a feather reseller. I exclusively sell feathers only from my own humanely raised birds on my small ecofarm.
Feathers are from my smoking free home, although I do heat my home exclusively with a wood stove as I am almost entirely off of the grid and this is my only source of heat.
