Dried Lemongrass (1 oz) — bright, citrusy lemongrass from my no-till, chemical-free garden.
This is real Cymbopogon — hand-harvested leaf by leaf and gently dried at low temperature to preserve its vibrant lemony aroma and flavor.
Uses:
- Brew refreshing hot or iced lemongrass tea (alone or blended)
- Add to Thai curries, stir-fries, soups, and marinades
- Make lemongrass lemonade or infused water

Elevate your culinary delights with organic lemongrass. Ideal for seasoning curries, soups and lemongrass tea. Its citrusy essence, reminiscent of lemon and mint, lends depth to dishes.
Contents are 100% dried lemon grass. I hand harvest my no till, chemical free lemongrass by carefully hand clipping the blades with small scissors. I then hand cut the blades to smaller lengths to ensure they are easy to store and use. I gently dry the cuttings at a low herb safe 95°F. Once dry, I pack them into lots of one ounce each for your enjoyment.
Feel good knowing you are getting chemical free, non GMO herbs grown in a organic and natural no till environment. Aside from keeping my soils healthy, I believe my methods attracts a larger variety of bugs, helping to keep any one species from overtaking. NO! sprays or treatments, even the organic approved types. I believe in working with Mother Nature, not against her.
