Contents are 100% dried lemon grass. I hand harvest my no till, chemical free lemongrass by carefully hand clipping the blades with small scissors. I then hand cut the blades to smaller lengths to ensure they are easy to store and use. I gently dry the cuttings at a low herb safe 95°F. Once dry, I pack them into lots of one ounce each for your enjoyment.
Feel good knowing you are getting chemical free, non GMO herbs grown in a organic and natural no till environment. Aside from keeping my soils healthy, I believe my methods attracts a larger variety of bugs, helping to keep any one species from overtaking. NO! sprays or treatments, even the organic approved types. I believe in working with Mother Nature, not against her.
