Miniature Barred Rock Rooster Feathers Qty: 30 Size: < 1" (Gallus domesticus)
These are the smallest sized feather I offer. They can be as large as just under one inch to any size less than that. These feathers are from my own happy chickens. Like all of my birds feathers, these feathers have been cleaned and are ready for use. Their coloring is barred in shades of white, black, and grey.

These feathers make a nice substitute for hawk feathers. Hawk feathers are not only illegal to sell, they are also illegal to own or use in crafts. In no way, shape, or form is it allowed for non American Indian folks to possess these types of feathers. My Barred Rock's feathers substitute nicely and you wont risk being on the wrong side of the law.
I clean my birds feathers using filtered well water, eco soap, vinegar and heat sterilization.
Feathers are hand packaged and labeled with my farms information, the type of bird, the quantity and the size.
I am not a feather reseller. I exclusively sell feathers only from my own humanely raised birds on my small ecofarm.
Feathers are from my smoking free home, although I do heat my home exclusively with a wood stove as I am almost entirely off of the grid and this is my only source of heat.
