These one of a kind feather assortments are a creamy white color with splashes of tans, buffs (reddish brown), and greys. All of these real hen feathers have plenty of soft fluff at their base. This unique color patterning is from my heritage Rhode Island Red rooster breeding with my heritage White Wyandotte hens. These beautiful birds are the result. These barnyard girls are mostly white chickens with splashes of color. Natural feathers are used in a wide variety of crafts and projects for things such as beauty, home decor, recreational sports and ceremonial purposes.

I clean my birds feathers using well water, organic soap, vinegar and heat sterilization.
Feathers are hand packaged and labeled. Labels provide my farms info., type of bird, quantity, and size.
Feathers are from my Eco farm; raised, cared for and loved by my family. I am not a feather reseller.
Feathers are from my smoking free home, although I do heat my home exclusively with a wood stove as I am almost entirely off of the grid and this is my only source of heat.

I have provided photos of these feathers with a United States Standard ruler which is twelve inches long (12"). A standard United States copper penny (1¢) is pictured with the ruler to further assist with scale.
If you are unsure of the size of feathers that you need, I strongly recommend getting a ruler, tape measure, dress makers tape, etc. and looking at the size/s you need in inches (rather than using the eyeball it in the hand method). First measure where you want to use the feathers and what your expectations are. When you see the approximate length, write it down and compare that length in inches to the feathers I have listed to help you find the size that's perfect for your needs.
