Barnyard Hen Chicken Feathers Qty: 30 Size: 1.5-2.5" (Gallus domesticus)
These gorgeous cruelty free hen feathers are mainly an assortment of brownish reds and whites with soft fluff at the base. This unique color patterning is from my Rhode Island Red rooster breeding with my White Wyandotte hens. These beautiful girls are the result. They are mostly white chickens with splashes of color. Real feathers are commonly added to hair extensions, hats, sculptures, Native American, ceremonial & holiday projects, as well as many other fine crafts.

I clean my birds feathers using filtered well water, eco soap, vinegar and heat sterilization.
Feathers are hand packaged and labeled with my farms information, the type of bird, the quantity and the size.
I am not a feather reseller. I exclusively sell feathers only from my own humanely raised birds on my small ecofarm.
Feathers are from my smoking free home, although I do heat my home exclusively with a wood stove as I am almost entirely off of the grid and this is my only source of heat.
