My husband wood burned this image of a dragons eye on a small piece of autumn olive wood. There is an incredible amount of detail in the natural wood grain and bark.

This dragon's eye ornament has been sanded and is smooth on all sides except where the bark is which is slightly rough. The bark has been lightly sealed, making it smoother than it would be if it was unfinished. There is a little bubbling inside the glaze which adds to the textured look depending the light.
The wood was taken from our own pastures in our attempts to remove this invasive species from our property. Hint: The autumn olive is winning.
This piece has been sealed with Krylon triple thick crystal clear glaze to help protect the image and the wood.
Black cord necklace with silver tone clasp is included. Necklace is ready to wear.
