These fun cotton scrunchies were dyed in the same blackberry dye pot as my angora wool — using berries I grew myself on the farm with zero chemical inputs. The cotton took the natural dye in a beautiful tie-dye effect with darker and lighter areas of saturation.
The color is a soft, muted cool purple with natural variation — some areas lighter and more lilac, others deeper and richer. Each scrunchie is unique!

Care
Gentle hand wash in cool water if needed. Hang to dry. Natural berry dyes can fade slightly over time with sun exposure or repeated washing — wash separately the first few times.
Photos & Notes
The first photo features one blackberry-dyed cotton scrunchie resting gently in my open hand above the matching wool, with the other scrunchies peeking into the corner and the rustic cabin wall and pine visible behind. The rest of the photos show all four unique scrunchies arranged and stacked on worn pine wood with the 1800’s log cabin wall close behind, on bamboo sushi mats, on dark brown pelt, and on white pelt for nice contrast. One clean white-background shot lets the soft tie-dye details shine. The final photo shows two scrunchies on my wrist while I hold the deep purple wool dryer ball dyed in the same blackberry pot.
Images may vary slightly by screen or lighting, but they beautifully capture the gentle cool lilac-purple tones and natural variation.

Love the look? These scrunchies were dyed in the same blackberry pot as my angora wool and the deep purple wool dryer ball. The dryer ball soaked up a rich plum tone and can be used decoratively, as a dryer ball, or as a pet toy. All three items (scrunchies, wool, and dryer ball) are sold separately so you can mix and match however you like.
