Right and left wing feather assortment for crafts. The largest feathers are about five inches long. The shortest are about one and a half inches long. I've done my best to provide the closest matching pairs as possible. The plumes are mainly white with black edging. Some may have black around the majority of the plume, others may only have it along the upper edge of one side.

Bantams are a miniature version of standard sized chickens. Some standard breeds are bred to bantam size. The Sebright is known as a true bantam. Meaning there is no standard size of the breed. They are small with tight, sleek plumage and a very curious nature. Keeping them out of the garden is a challenge.

I clean my birds feathers using filtered well water, Eco soap, vinegar and heat sterilization.
Feathers are hand packaged and labeled with my farms information, the type of bird, the quantity and the size.
I am not a feather reseller. I exclusively sell feathers only from my own humanely raised birds on my small Eco-farm.
Feathers are from my smoking free home, although I do heat my home exclusively with a wood stove as I am almost entirely off of the grid and this is my only source of heat.

I have provided photos of feathers with a United States Standard ruler which is twelve inches long (12"). A standard United States silver quarter (25¢) is pictured with the ruler to further assist with scale. I have also provided photos of feathers next to my hand for those who prefer not to use standard measurements.
If you are unsure of the size of feathers that you need, I strongly recommend getting a ruler, tape measure, dress makers tape, etc. and looking at the size/s you need in inches (rather than using the eyeball it in the hand method). First measure where you want to use the feathers and what your expectations are. When you see the approximate length, write it down and compare that length in inches to the feathers I have listed to help you find the size that's perfect for your needs.
