This is easy enough to sum up. Don't over eat. Stop eating when you are no longer hungry. Be mindful of your food. Slow down when you eat, your food isn't going anywhere. If you have a craving make yourself wait & if you still want it, have it in moderation. Eat organic when possible. Don't eat processed foods.
That is the book along with some recipes at the end of each chapter. Some of the recipes are pretty good. We like that & the encouragement to eat organic non processed foods as well as telling you that only YOU can make you loose weight. Not a certain diet etc. When you are truly ready to loose the weight, you will. You have to use common sense by doing the above mentioned things. You can be thin if you don't eat like a pig. Simple right?
We're not sure that anyone really needs to buy this book. There is nothing groundbreaking here. However, it might help motivate you, or self empower you. After all, you are in control! If you feel that you need some encouragement, a boost to your confidence in yourself, then we think this book may be of some help to you. For the most part her advice isn't bad, though sometimes a little extreme. Only have one or two bites of something for example. But her thought is this way you can have a taste of something you like. No food is forbidden, nor should it be. Moderation & respect for yourself are key!
